Welcome reception
The welcome reception will be held in the Porthania building. You will have a chance to meet the other conference participants and enjoy welcome cocktails and some light vegan snacks. Registration desk will also be open during the welcome reception. We will serve drinks until 20:30 and the doors will close at 21:00.

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place in the restaurant Paasiravintola inside the historic Paasitorni building (transportation not provided). Doors will open at 18:45 and dinner tickets will be checked upon entrance. Attendees will receive their dinner tickets via email shortly before the conference.
The evening will start with a welcome drink and a short speech at 19:00. After that we will enjoy a tasty vegan buffet ("Buffet Kallio"). The dinner ticket will include the buffet, two glasses of wine and dessert coffee or tea. We have informed the venue of dietary requirements, and buffet options will be labelled, but please check with waiting staff should you have any questions or concerns. After the dinner, a small dance floor will be opened so the evening can continue until midnight.
The dinner venue is accessible with a wheelchair via the entrance on Paasivuorenkatu through the passageway between the Scandic Paasi hotel and the venue. There are wheelchair accessible lifts and toilets at the venue. There will be staff at the venue should you require any help or direction with these. There will be a cloakroom available for attendees to leave coats and bags if needed.
