The Nordic Society Oikos is a parent society that unites the national ecological societies of Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway. By joining us you receive dual membership in NSO and the national society of your choice. Members of the Nordic Society Oikos receive NSO membership benefits:

As a member of the Nordic Society Oikos - Sweden you will receive all NSO membership benefits and additional benefits offered by the Swedish Oikos Society.
Free membership for Master's students: if you are a Master's student, you can apply for free membership. To get free membership, send your student certificate or other proof of your student status to Lars Hillström lars.hillstrom@hig.se. When confirmed, we will grant you free membership.
As a member of the Nordic Society Oikos - Sweden you will receive all NSO membership benefits and additional benefits offered by the Swedish Oikos Society.
As a member of the Nordic Society Oikos - Norway you will receive all NSO membership benefits and additional benefits offered by the Norwegian Ecological Society.
Free membership for Master's students: if you are a Master's student, you can apply for free membership. To get free membership, send your student certificate or other proof of your student status to Anders F. Opdal (chair of the NØF board), University of Bergen, anders.opdal@uib.no. When confirmed, we will grant you free membership.
As a member of the Nordic Society Oikos - Iceland you will receive all NSO membership benefits and additional benefits offered by the Icelandic Ecological Society.

As a member of the Nordic Society Oikos - Finland you will receive all NSO membership benefits and additional benefits offered by Oikos Finland.
