Information for all conference participants:

We will use two platforms for the whole Oikos Finland 2021 Online Conference: Zoom and Slack.

In Zoom, we will handle plenary session, oral and poster presentations. All interaction, Q&A will be handled in Slack.

Please, install both platforms on your PC before the conference and keep them updated. An installed Zoom application will allow you to move smoothly between the sessions which will be held in breakout rooms. This is not supported by the web version of Zoom.  

@Poster presenters: send us your posters named as 'Poster_X_Surname.pdf' (see your poster number in the Poster Book of abstracts) by February 1st.  

@Oral Presenters: You will have 12 min to present your talk and 3 min to answer questions. See the tips for making a poster below.

Technical stuff: 

• Use a LAN cable if possible to stabilize your connection. 
• Use a headset to optimize your audio and microphone.
