Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now open for oral presentations and posters.

Deadline for abstract submission: 30th of November 2024.

All abstracts must be submitted through our registration platform. To submit your abstract, please follow these steps:

1. Click the "REGISTER" button on the conference homepage, or click here .
2. Select the ticket option "Abstract submission."
3. Follow the instructions provided by our platform.

The maximum length for abstracts is 1000 characters, and you should list all the authors along with their affiliations.

You can choose to submit your abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster. Abstracts not accepted for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentations unless you indicate otherwise at the time of abstract submission. The scientific committee will make their decisions and notify you by mid-January.
