Presenter guidelines

Instructions for preparing your oral or poster presentation will be made available here soon. Please check back closer to the meeting. Once available, we ask that you read the guidelines carefully to ensure your presentation is prepared correctly.

Social media policy

We encourage attendees to share their experiences at the conference on social media – it's a great way to connect, spark ideas, and build collaborations. However, we also recognise that not everyone wants their research shared publicly.

To support this, we've created a 'Do Not Share' icon, below, that presenters can add to their posters or talks. If you see this icon, please do not photograph, record, or share that content online.

We'll explain the meaning of the icon clearly in the joining instructions, on our website, and via social media. If the icon is not displayed, we will assume the presenter is happy for their work to be shared.
