Getting Around in Odense

Once in Odense, you'll find the city easy to navigate:

• Odense Tram (Letbanen): The light rail system connects key parts of the city, including SDU and the main conference venue. Tickets can be purchased via your mobile phone: read more here​.
• Free Inner City Bus: Bright pink buses​ with Hans Christian Andersen characters run every ~10 minutes and are free to use.
• FynBus: Local buses throughout Odense. Tickets are available via the RejseBillet app​ with payment by MobilePay or debit card.
• Bike Rental: City bikes from Donkey Republic can be accessed via their app—ideal for exploring on two wheels.
• E-scooter rental: Both VOI and Lime scooters operate in Odense.
