Registration for the conference will open on 17th October 2023 and close on 1 February 2024. 

Registration fee (all excl 25% VAT):

  • Student (Master and PhD candidates): 250€
  • NSO member: 350€
  • Non-member: 450€


Please note that 25% VAT is added to the registration fee when registering. Also note that the excursion is not included in the registration fee. More information about this will come soon.

Instructions for registration:

To register, please follow these steps and the instructions provided by our platform:

  1. Visit the conference homepage and click the "REGISTER" button.
  2. Select one of the ticket options (student, NSO member, or non-member).
  3. Provide your contact information.
  4. Proceed with the payment instructions.

Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email in your account, along with the conference access code. Please make sure to keep this email!

Abstract submission


Abstract submission is open from 17th October until 15th December 2023. 


All abstracts must be submitted through our registration platform. To submit your abstract, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the conference homepage and click the "REGISTER" button.
  2. Select the ticket option "Abstract submission."
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our platform.


Your abstract should be submitted to one of the thematic sessions. If you believe your contribution does not fit within any of the thematic sessions, please choose one of the open sessions (Plant Biology or Zoology) for your abstract. The maximum length for abstracts is 200 words, and you should list all the authors along with their affiliations.


You can choose to submit your abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster. Abstracts not accepted for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentations unless you indicate otherwise at the time of abstract submission. The scientific committee will make their decisions and notify you by the end of January.
